General Conditions

• All hires are subject to the Terms of Hire on the hire agreement.
• All daily rates include unlimited kilometres and GST.
• Compulsory insurance is $25.00 per day (additional to daily hire rate).
• A booking fee (deposit) is required to secure the dates of hire. This is part of the hire charge.
• A deposit of $300.00 is required to secure the booking.
• The balance of the hire is due 28 days before commenement of hire. This can be paid by Credit card, NZD cheques will be accepted but must be received 28 days prior to pick up.
• Refunds are not available if the campervan is returned earlier than agreed.
• A Vehicle Security/Bond is required prior to the commencement of the hire, (NZD $2000.00). This is refundable should there be no damage to the campervan and the campervan is in a reasonable state of cleanliness on the termination of the hire. Any water damage,creek or river crossing,beach driving and flooded areas, the terms of the agreement are breached, The hirer will be responsible for any damage,incorrect use of fuel {fuel being petrol or diesel} replacement of keys which are lost or locked in vehicle,Overhead and underbody damage to vehicle,Driving  on restricted roads.
• The minimum hire period is 10 days. Short hires of  7 days and under are often available from Nelson......Mileage is limited to 150 kms per day Extra kms will be charged @ $0:35.per kms
• A service fee of $70:00 will apply. for special deals  7 days and under
• Pick up/Drop off: Between the hours 8.00am and 5.00pm. There is an extra charge for late returns if not approved.
• Pick up/Drop off Locations: Airport/Auckland, Nelson,Motueka,Greymouth. Christchurch, Blenheim plus Picton Ferry Terminal.
• Drivers licence Hirer and driver must be over 25 years of age and produce a valid driver's licence,New Zealand recognises driver's licence issued by your  own country,as well as International driver's licence's.Drivers licence must be sighted at the time of commencement of hire of all person intending to drive, the licence must be clean and readable in English.
